Wyndham Rewards has launched a new promotion which is offering triple points on stays of two or more nights through mid-January.
The Deal
- Earn triple points on stays of two or more nights at Wyndham Rewards properties.
- Direct link to registration.
Key Terms
- To qualify for this bonus points offer (“Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:
- i) first register for the Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any ofthe official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, or through the “My Promotions” section of his/her/their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, in each case, between September 28, 2022 and January 13, 2023 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occasionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then
- ii) after registering but by January 13, 2023, book one or more Qualified Stays each of at least two (2) consecutive nights at any participating hotel on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay(s) by January 16, 2023 (the requirements set forth in this clause (ii), collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).
- For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:
- (a) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains;
- (b) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;
- (c) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property; or
- (d) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.
- A Registered Member who books and completes one or more Qualified Stays each of two (2) or more consecutive nights in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements, will receive 3X the amount of Base Points for each such stay that such Member would have earned for such stay(s), absent this Offer, pursuant to the Program Terms, but in no event shall a Member receive more than 30,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points in the aggregate for all Qualified Stays consumed in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements (the additional points earned by a Registered Member pursuant to these Offer Terms, a “Bonus”). For example, a Qualified Stay of two (2) consecutive nights that is booked and completed by a Registered Member in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements that would, under the Program Terms, earn 2000 Base Points would, pursuant to this Offer, earn a total of 6,000 points (3 X 2000 = 6,000, with 2,000 of such points denominated as Base Points, and the remaining 4,000 points denominated as the Bonus). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, a Member cannot earn more than 30,000 Wyndham Rewards Bonus points. For clarity, a Member will not receive a Bonus for a no-show. Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings; see the Program Terms for more information about Qualified Stays. The Bonus will usually be posted to an eligible Member’s Member account within six to eight weeks following the completion of the applicable stay. For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Offer, (b) begins before September 28, 2022 and/or (c) ends after January 16, 2023, will not be counted towards this Offer. Stays at Participating Caesars Entertainment Properties, vacation club resorts and vacation rentals, are not eligible for this Offer. Go Fast and Go Free award stays are also not eligible for this Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile will earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms and the Bonus in the form of Wyndham Rewards points.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: This Offer is not combinable with other Wyndham Rewards bonus point multiplier offers, including, without limitation, the 5X Wyndham Rewards bonus points offer at participating all-inclusive properties in Latin America and the Caribbean. A Qualified Stay of two (2) or more consecutive nights that should qualify for a Bonus in accordance with these Offer Terms may be processed differently if the nights, though consecutive, have been booked at different times and/or the stay is associated with more than one reservation confirmation number. If you believe your earnings have been impacted by such circumstances, please call Member Services.
Quick Thoughts
This is a pretty good offer as you’ll earn triple points on all your stays provided your stays consist of a minimum of two nights.
There’s a limit of 30,000 bonus points earned during the promotion. Wyndham offers 10 base points per dollar, so triple points means you’ll earn 20 bonus points per dollar for a total of 30 points per dollar. That means you’ll max out this promotion when spending $1,500 on accommodation with Wyndham which, considering how relatively low priced many of their hotels are, should mean few people will have to be concerned about exceeding that limit.

For the purpose of doing a mattress run, does one need to check-out in person at a hotel for it to count as a stay. I travel by car/truck almost every week, and usually stay for only one night at a time at cheap, aka Wyndham hotels. If I were to book a two-night stay, but only actually use the room the first night, could I just check out on the app after I have left that state and traveled on to my next destination?
Yes, that would work. In theory you wouldn’t even need to check out in the app, but if you do use their app make sure you do that on the second day rather than after you’ve left on the first day.
Thanks!
“Wyndham offers 10 base points per dollar, so triple points means you’ll earn 20 bonus points per dollar.” Shouldn’t that be 30?
You get 10 base points per dollar plus 20 bonus points per dollar making a total of 30 points per dollar (i.e. triple points). I’ll clarify that wording in the post though to make it a little more clear.
