Key Terms

- Points only awarded for each order that is for $2.50 inclusive of fees/taxes/delivery fees and before discounts and credits are applied.

Quick Thoughts
It sounds like the 3,000 point offer is only valid for those new to DoorDash. I imagine that most readers who live in an area served by DoorDash have already used it, but if you’re new it could be worth picking up the points here — even if for a very small offer as the minimum order size is $2.50.
If you have a Chase Sapphire Reserve card, keep in mind that Chase is offering a $60 statement credit this year (and another one next year) for DoorDash purchases. Stacking both would make for a nice opportunity to grab some easy points. Note that you can also earn 500 bonus Wyndham points per order as an existing customer.

This seems to have died some time in the last few days. I used it September 28 and now it’s gone on October 1. Maybe it died at end of September.
Have not seen this posted elsewhere on this site–the ability to earn Wyndham points with a Doordash order ends 9/30/2020.
Not a huge loss–it tracked the first few times I used it, but recently I have not seen the points post.
I set up an account a few weeks ago but have never placed an order. The offer states 3,000 Wyndham points when you place your first order. Would I still get them? Also I have the account set to use my Chase Sapphire Preferred card. Would I still get Wyndham points as long as I use the Wyndham promo link?
Sorry, I’m not sure. I *think* you’d get the new user 3K points, but I’m not positive.

Well, that was a total fail last night. Tried the Wyndham link several times – Error 1016 – Origin DNS error. Then tried going directly to the DoorDash website since I had some coupon codes – HMM! THE PAGE YOU’RE LOOKING FOR MUST BE HERE SOMEWHERE… Gave up and went right to the restaurant web site and placed an order for delivery. After an hour and a half we called asking where our order was. They said their website uses DoorDash but they don’t have any drivers. Told them to cancel the order but they said they had someone going out our way and they wouldn’t charge us for the order. Had our cold sandwiches and cold stale french fries. This morning the charge is showing pending on our credit card.
I guess upstate New York is not ready for the 21st century. My wife and I sure miss our Friday night date night!
