- Offer valid only for vehicle rentals made directly with Avis Car Rental. Rentals can be made online at US website avis.com, through the US mobile app, by calling US phone reservations at 1-800-331-1212, or at Avis locations in the US and US territories.
- Eligible rentals must be paid for by 12/15/2025 in order to qualify.
- Must pick up at and return rental to an Avis location in the US or US territories.
- Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or affiliate booking sites.
- Excludes Budget & Payless brands, Chauffeur Drive, Car Sales, Scooter rentals, e-Toll and purchases with travel partners for lodging, airfare, ground transportation, or parking.

Quick Thoughts
Getting $75 back on $350 spend is a generous return, especially if you’re able to keep the cost of your rental(s) close to that $350 threshold.
Be aware that rentals have to take place in the US and US territories, so this Amex Offer sadly won’t help if you’re renting from Avis overseas.
