In the week leading up to Black Friday, Kroger releases a bunch of digital coupons which offer savings on a wide variety of gift card brands. This year is no exception as there are 25 different gift card deals to be had.

The Deal

Kroger has digital coupons for 25 new gift card deals (direct links to digital coupons below):

Key Terms

  • Expires November 30, 2020.
  • Limit 1 per coupon.
  • Excludes $10 gift cards.
  • Valid on in-store purchases only.

Quick Thoughts

All of these deals represent good savings for personal use, with some potentially being worthwhile for gift card resellers.

Kroger is also offering 4x fuel points when buying third party gift cards, so be sure to load that digital coupon to your account beforehand as well if you hadn’t already done so. Those fuel points can be redeemed to save up to 14% on gas, so with some of these gift card deals offering 20% off, you could potentially save 1/3 on gift cards if you can max out those fuel points savings. That’s even before taking into account the additional rewards you can earn by paying with a card that earns more at grocery stores.

If you’re planning on buying $100 worth of Happy gift cards to save $10, note that the terms of that digital coupon say that you’ll save $10 on your grocery purchase. I’m not sure if that’s actually enforced or not, but it’s probably worth buying with at least $10 worth of groceries at the same time just in case. None of the other deals have that requirement though – only the Happy gift card offer.
