Midwest supercenter chain Meijer is now carrying variable-load $20-$500 Mastercard gift cards. I believe these are now available in all stores, whereas they had previously only been available in some stores.
Reports even indicate that Meijer coupons (like this one that expires on 4/20) will apply to these gift cards. Stacking a coupon like that with a card that earns one of the best category bonuses at grocery stores should make for some great deals at Meijer in terms of racking up rewards.
