Hi, I have just called Chase about my Chase Ritz Carlton Card. I told them I would like to enroll in Priority Pass. (I have been eyeing their PP with unlimited guests.) The person speaking to me saying I’m not eligible because I am not meeting 1st year anniversary of Chase Ritz Carlton. In short, he said this benefit is not listed in the system.

Can anyone help me out with this? Is there anything I misunderstand?
If he is right, where is the announcement about this the change? It should be a huge change…..
Does anybody direct me where I can see all the benefits offered by Chase Ritz Carlton. (Amex is WAY better and clear in this and makes the users experience easier.)

Nick Reyes

That doesn’t sound right. I’d call again.

Chase actually changed things several months ago and made it very easy to see your benefits. Log into your account, click on your Ritz card, and find the button that says “See benefits” (it might be listed under “more”, I can’t recall at the moment). They have a full list of benefits right online.

>.< Not listed in the Benefits Page at all.

Its why I sent a question a couple months ago where/ how to get this PP as there was nothing mentioned in June. Nor is there now.

What benefits appear on Card Benefits page on Chase.com? I attached what I have currently in my Chase RC benefits Information.

Did we ever get clarity on this? I just recently product changed into this card mainly because of this benefit and I also cannot see this listed. Any update on this?

Captain Greg

Does each authorized user also get a global entry fee credit every four years? Or is that only for the primary cardholder?

Captain Greg

The terms and conditions say “$100 statement credit will be processed after the Global Entry program application fee is charged to an eligible card. Holders of eligible cards are entitled to one (1) $100 statement credit per card every 4 years in connection with the Global Entry program application fee. ” So, it seems like it probably is per card? It probably won’t be an issue, but this is a keeper card for me so I’d like to know that I always have this fee covered for me and my family (with authorized user cards) while I keep giving away the credits on my other (short-term) cards to friends. The thing that concerns me is that sometimes chase gives the exact same card number, exp. date and cvv code on authorized user cards. Can you confirm if your Ritz AU’s have the same or different numbers (I haven’t upgraded to the card yet)? Thank you!

YY Fung

I have got the product change from Chase Marriot Boundless to Chase Ritz Carlton.
In the benefits page, I can’t find “Priority Pass”. Can anyone tell me if this benefit goes away? If this benefit still exists, can anyone show where?
(I have AMEX platinum and their page shows it and how to enroll. But on Chase page, it is not the case.)
