There is a new, targeted Amex offer out today that gives an extra 6x Membership Rewards points at Amazon.com on up to $250 in purchases (for a maximum of 1,500 bonus points). I’d recommend signing in and adding this sooner rather than later as these offers usually disappear quickly.

- Additional points will be credited to your Membership Rewards program account within 90 days after 10/28/2022, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. Quick Thoughts
This bonus tops out when spending only $250, a lower limit than some of the recent Amazon offers we’ve seen. But it’s still a nice, easily-attainable sweetener for Amazon spend.
Regular gift card purchases, either for Amazon or for third parties, will earn bonus points. The only gift cards excluded are corporate or custom-designed cards.
I definitely recommend checking for this one sooner rather than later…Amazon Amex offers usually disappear fairly quickly. Also, Amazon will sometimes have several variations of targeted Amex offers out at the same time, so let us know if you see a different one.

Goes to show the importance of adding good offers when you see them. I had this offer 3 days ago when it was posted but it’s gone from those cards today when I’d like to make a large Amazon purchase. Bummer.
Yea, I got nothing too. Total bummer, but you win some and you lose some. I spent a bunch of time adding offers to both accounts hoping it would eventually pop up. No dice. Guess I’ll just have to settle for getting 3% back on uggs.
What have I done to amex? 0/8 for the second time in a day. No love for me.
