Anyone here know how to add a credit card to your lifemiles profile? I canceled the card that was on profile. I was able to delete it and now there are no cards. I feel like I’ve looked everywhere and can not find a way to add a card.
Thanks.
I got a gold Amex Delta card after reading on Frequent Miler that there would be 80,000 bonus miles after 3K spend in 6 months. I don’t see that offer on the Amex website. Help please. Thanks.
I am surprised you don’t have the Barclays AA mentioned.
New applications end today 9/30.
I got an email for up to 100% bonus miles for Alaska. Is $3,500 worth 200,000 Alaska miles?
Pepper,
“Get a 25% bonus when transferring Amex Membership Rewards to Hilton Honors (1,000:2,500) (Expires 9/23/25)”
A 25% bonus does not yield 2500 Hilton Honors points.
A 25% bonus yields 1250 Hilton Honors points.
I believe it is an honest mistake, but it is misleading.
Note: The transfer itself does yield 2500 points.
The normal rate is 1:2 (2000 points).
The new rate is 1:2.5
I’ve booked a couple of Excursionist Perk itineraries in the last few days, somewhat speculatively. I know I can’t change them after Aug. 21 and still keep the “Perk”, but am thinking that after flying the “Perk” leg, I’ll still be able to make time and connection changes on a space available basis (possibly repricing) for remaining flights on the itinerary. I do that sometimes, and have liked United’s award ticket flexibility. Will miss the Perk, as I often book flights around Africa, where paid tickets can get really expensive.
My CapOne 15x offer at CVS says it’s valid until Aug. 17.
Excellent quad-stack day to use Saks AMEX Platinum $50 credit towards any Beauty Product: 1. 15% off Saks Beauty promo ends today 2. 20% off Saks, including Beauty, promo ends Thursday, 8.7.25 3. Alaska Air Shopping portal promo 4. $50 AMEX Saks credit. An $80 regular priced item essentially free!
For future reference how did you combine 1 and 2? Were they multiple coupons?
Hi Nun – I had never seen before, but Saks sent 2 different emails that both encompassed Beauty products. Usually Beauty is excluded in Saks general discount emails. I didn’t have to apply any codes, both discounts stacked automatically at check out. Had never seen before why I posted. FYI – La Mer Lip Balm best in the universe for men or women & extra special at only $4 this go round. A huge Hollywood swag item that actually works.
Last day to be able to pay rent on Bilt using a credit card other than Amex and earn 3X Bilt points, tomorrow all cards go to 1.5X
You fixed it to say Citi but under the “Saturday” heading, it still has 9/15/25
Ugh, thank you! Third time lucky.
I think you have the date wrong on the AMEX to Emirates change. I believe the date for the devaluation is September 16, 2025.
Thanks for pointing that out – I’ve gotten that fixed now.
I think you mean Citi is reducing transfer ratio this week. Not Amex – that’s later.
You’re right, thank you – I’ve just fixed that.
Advice please! I’ve got 2.2M Amex points and want to transfer some to Hawaiian/Alaska, but no idea how much to send. I live in the Pacific NW but haven’t used Alaska at all in five years due to prioritizing domestic travel via SW using companion passes. So I don’t have a good sense of Alaska fares or partners. But it seems like I should send some points while I can. Might want to use them for Asia or other international flights, for a family of four. If you HAD to suggest a figure to transfer just based on that, what would you say?
Transfer 250k to Hawaiian and then to Alaska – goes through instantly – that’ll be a good start with Alaska.
Thanks for the reply, Will! I actually went bigger (before getting your reply), and ended up transferring about 650K, to try and enable at least two round trip Asia flights for four. Hopefully, I don’t regret it!
I appreciate your effort
Thank you for the information!
