Be VERY careful booking through Marriott Homes and Villas. We had booked before the promo and the stay is currently happening. We’ve had several major problems with the condo and while MHV is trying to be helpful it still comes down to the property owner dealing with these issues. There was a car accident near the property that knocked power out in the area. Within an hour power had been restored, except this condo building was out of power. The after hours contact did nothing and no one at the property management company was available. I called the power company, no known outages in the area. 25 hours later the power was restored, but not before a culinary water contamination problem occured. What a total mess. MHV can’t do anything and the property owner isn’t doing much either. Save yourself more than this 10k bonus and book somewhere else

Does red Aviator 75k SUB expire on 1/31?
Also, chase biz checking has a better $400 offer that expires in April. Same requirements but $100 more.
With the Aviator offer, I thought I’d seen that it was due to end on 1/31/24 as well, but when clicking through I’ve not been seeing any end date listed and so was wary of specifying an end date in case it’s available beyond then. Does the 1/31 expiry date show up for the referrer when logging in to their Barclays account?
I can’t refer, but I was planning on having P2 sneak in an application before it expires. I just searched the terms and conditions and can’t find an expiration anywhere.

The elevated Marriott credit card welcome offers are also ending on 8/9/23! At least for AMEX, I didn’t see a date listed on the Chase cards.

Just used our 2nd AMEX $50 off InKind offer yesterday, this time at AniRamen in Jersey City. (We have 2 Amex golds). Overall app works great. One thing I learned – P1 received a $25 referral just by signing up (“friend of Stephen”) and another $25 when referring P2. InKind keeps those referral Bonuses sort of separate, such that you can only use one at a time. So while I had (2) $25 credits plus the $50 Amex, I could only max out at $75 for one visit. Saving the other $25 for another trip later

I believe so, but you’d want to check the wording to make sure that’s the case if you have that offer.
