What are the risk / reward thoughts on booking a first class flight way into the future, using about 300,000 miles, getting 30,000 mile 10% back, then should we cancel because we made a bad estimate, paying $150 cancel fee, seems to be about $175 fee, $150 first ticket, $25 second ticket, to restore the miles.

Gosh, yes, thank you Stephen, always appreciated!
